Shipment and packaging costs

Shipping and packaging costs depend on the place of destination, the weight and measurement
of the package. Additionally we have to charge packaging costs, because the spare parts
will be wrapped elaborately. We dispatch with DHL, DPD, DSV, UPS, FedEx. We choose the
cheapest shipping option for you as far as it is possible.

Examples for shipment and packaging costs

DPD
DPD package within Germany (insured shipment): 6,50 EUR - 22,50 EUR *
DPD package within the European Union (insured shipment): 12,50 EUR - 117,00 EUR *

* For certain destinations DPD charges extra island surcharge.

DHL
DHL package within the European Union (insured shipment): 19,00 EUR - 75,50 EUR
DHL package outside of European Union (insured shipment): 23,00 EUR - 198,50 EUR

Surcharge length
For packages with a length above 1,30m we have to charge 41,65 EUR more for the excess
length delivery. This applies for example for the trailer top gas struts.

Shipping company
(for heavy packages and/or great dimensions).
Germany: approx. 80,00 EUR - 200,00 EUR **
European Union and NON-European Union: approx. 80,00 EUR - 350,00 EUR **

**The price will be individually requested. The costs vary daily.

Attention: If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it.
If the content of the shipment is damaged, please send a report of damage to us and to the
parcel service immediately. Pictures of the inside and outside of the package and also of the
damaged goods are an advantage for the claim settlement
