Clubstar – the alternative

The low-cost alternative for all aircraft in the standard and 15-meter class and for all two-seaters, each with one-piece wings.
With the construction quality known from the COBRA trailer, but with simplified equipment that contains everything you need – but no more.

  • Extra rigid aluminum framed GRP top section with UV protection and Coremat* sandwich structure

  • Floor made of waterproof glued screen printing plates (10 mm) riveted to 40 mm struts
  • Large front flap for easy loading and unloading

  • Galvanized ALKO – Chassis with Rückmatik
  • GRP trolley with belt
  • Extra light aluminum lifting ramp
  • Black plastic mudguards
  • 13-pin plug (7-pin on request) with EEC lighting
  • complete carpet equipment

* Coremat is a lightweight polyester honeycomb fleece for sandwich components

The CLUBSTAR is also available as a kit. It is ready to drive (TÜV) with a built-in floor.
We estimate approx. 20 to 25 hours construction time for average craftsmanship.
Basic skills in screwing, riveting and gluing are required. The kit includes:

  • Hull trolley
  • Wing trolley
  • Ramp
  • Fuselage nose mount with spare wheel
  • Carpet lining
  • Sports trap and
  • Wing and fuselage mounts
  • The fixing holes for the floor rails are pre-drilled.

There is no drawing for the assembly, only a sketch.
As the CLUBSTAR trailers are actually intended for clubs, there is usually a workshop manager or trailer attendant with the appropriate knowledge.

But ‘normal’ customers have also successfully assembled the kit. If you collect during opening hours, our master craftsman will be happy to give you appropriate instructions. See also: http://flugsachen.de/anhaenger/ Outer sash:
We install the outer sash brackets.
We do not offer a kit price for the brackets, as installation often requires special knowledge of the construction. For the additional mounting in the Clubstar upper part we charge a surcharge. Required carrying handles for gliders with removable outer wings are subject to a surcharge.

The standard sizes include standard and 15m class trailers, 18m class trailers with one-piece wings and two-seater trailers.

We have not published any price lists on our website due to experience.
However, they are not a secret.

With our high export share, there are many country-specific additions that influence the price.
Standard price lists do not show these differences.
